Parexel partnered with Innovent to reimagine its annual commercial meeting as a focused Sales & Growth Summit, a strategic forum designed to spark fresh thinking, accelerate collaboration, and align leaders from around the world around clear, market-leading growth priorities for 2025.

The Challenge

Following a period of accelerated growth and shifting market dynamics, Parexel needed to evolve its flagship meeting from a broad sales convening into a more intentional, “roll up your sleeves” outcomes-driven experience.

 The challenge was to create a format that enabled deeper collaboration, supported actionable planning, and reinforced a unified growth mindset.

Our Approach

Following a period of accelerated growth and shifting market dynamics, Parexel needed to evolve its flagship meeting from a broad sales convening into a more intentional, “roll up your sleeves” outcomes-driven experience.

The challenge was to create a format that enabled deeper collaboration, supported actionable planning, and reinforced a unified growth mindset.

  • Created a new event brand and messaging framework, Ignite, to anchor the summit and reinforce bold thinking, collaboration, and ownership of growth outcomes.
  • Strategically restructured the agenda and meeting flow to prioritize focus and impact, while still preserving space for networking, connection, and energizing moments.
  • Designed and produced a high-impact General Session that set the tone for the summit, aligning leadership messaging, content, and production to translate growth strategy into clear direction.
  • Designed purpose driven breakout experiences for Biotech, Enterprise, and senior leaders, incorporating interactive workshops and peer led, structured debate that leveraged their team’s internal industry experience and insight.
  • Produced a high energy onsite and post event sizzle reel that captured the momentum and key moments of the summit, reinforcing the Ignite theme and extending the impact beyond the live event.
  • Developed post-event, on-demand video content to carry the work forward, reinforcing leadership messaging and keeping growth priorities front and center well beyond the live summit.

As Innovent partners with PatientPoint on future events in their Innovation Center, the foundation of this event’s reimagined experiences and flows continues to be a strong starting point.

Impact

The Sales & Growth Summit created the space for real work to happen. In close partnership with Parexel, Innovent helped leaders and commercial teams work through priorities in a more meaningful way, pressure-test ideas, and leave with clear direction tied to Parexel’s growth strategy.

As a result:
