Senior Designer

We’re always looking for talented creators to join our team. As a designer at Innovent, you will be working for a wide variety of clients across digital and print media. To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be a self-starter and capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas from concept to completion. Our design work ranges from logo and identity design to websites and large environmental design at convention spaces across the country.

We are seeking a talented designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with others to create effective and eye-catching identities, images, videos, and campaigns. Your duties will include:

  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
  • QA designs for errors
  • Implement feedback and changes whenever appropriate
  • Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
  • Establish creative direction for the various clients within brand guidelines

In the Senior Designer role, you’ll focus on creating compelling work while taking the lead on various projects to see them through completion. This position will include overseeing the work of other designers and providing feedback on how they may improve their design solutions.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field
  • You’ve completed 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD
  • Knowledgeable about layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design
  • Possess strong creative and analytical abilities
  • Showcase a compelling portfolio exhibiting a wide array of creative projects
  • Demonstrate an excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred but not required

Engagement Manager

In the Manager of Engagement role, you will have two primary focus areas: account management and project management. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the client. You’ll use your keen attention to detail to ensure every “I” is dotted and every “T’’ is crossed, while leveraging your skills to build great relationships with clients big and small.

We are looking for a problem solver and a highly organized planner who is nimble and used to a quickly changing environment. You'll be able to anticipate what’s coming but know how to adjust when the unexpected arises. You’ll also need to be able to juggle a multitude of projects and ensure each and every client is satisfied and well taken care of.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in event design and attendee engagement. Outside the box thinking is crucial to the success of this role. You'll be able to maintain a proactive, positive, open line of communication with client to ensure understanding of expectations and client satisfaction.
