Aligning Teams. Energizing People. Bringing Strategy to Life. Innovent partnered with Cencora to design and produce Converge 2026, a large-scale internal event uniting employees across its U.S. Pharmaceutical and Animal Health businesses. The objective was clear: bring people together around a shared direction while making the time away from their day-to-day meaningful.

Challenge

Cencora setout to reimagine its internal meeting experience. Previous formats needed toevolve to better capture attention, resonate across diverse roles, and fostermeaningful connection.

  1. General Sessions That Balanced Vision and Practicality: We developed two dynamic general sessions that combined big-picture strategy with actionable insights. Through curated speakers and focused panel discussions, we ensured content felt both inspiring and grounded in real work.

  2. Tailored Breakouts for Deeper Relevance: Seven business-unit-specific breakout sessions allowed individual teamsto engage with content directly tied to their roles. This structure made theexperience more personal, practical, and immediately applicable.

  3. A Reimagined Awards Experience: We transformed the awards night into a centerpiece moment. A "theater in the round" format brought attendees closer to the action, while live performances inspired by iconic artists and a surprise flash mob created a sense of excitement and shared celebration.
